Greater Albuquerque Housing Partnership provides enrichment services to the residents of our affordable housing apartment communities such as Food Pantry, Tutoring, Health and Wellness opportunities, and Financial Literacy education. Check out the Calendar of Events!
Food Pantry
Residents are able to self select groceries including dry, produce, meats, and dairy
Health Screening
A Registered Nurse provides onsite checks of blood pressure, blood sugar and weight
Financial Literacy
Sessions include personal budgeting, credit management, tax preparation and planning, and banking
Health/Nutrition
Sessions include healthy eating, cooking, and various classes like general fitness and Tai Chi
CPR Classes
A qualified CPR instructor teaches CPR first aid which includes certification
Technology
Expert assistance with technical issues related to personal computers and smartphones
Gardening
Local experts offer residents ideas and guidance in ornamental and vegetable gardening
Tutoring
Tutors/Mentors offer homework help to students 6-18
Social Events
Residents are invited together to share a meal, watch a movie, play games, or create art.
Job Assistance
A job counselor assists residents with job search, application, or advancement
