Mr. Don Dudley - President
As a second generation architect, Don Dudley brings a diverse perspective with regard to housing. His interest in this building typology began as an undergraduate when he studied housing abroad in the mid '80's and lived in Berlin, Germany. He later studied under the esteemed housing professor in the southwest, George Anselevicius. After serving on the senior design staff for Antoine Predock, Don started his own architectural firm and has won numerous awards for projects in the southwest. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has been a guest lecturer and architecture instructor at the University of New Mexico and North Carolina State University..
Ms. Chris Marie Scott - TreasureShe has been a member of the GAHP since September 2019.This has afforded her the opportunity to gain more insight about Albuquerque, New Mexico and to be of assistance in any way that is required. Her goal in life has been to gain experiences in all facets of the industry. She has Undergraduate work in History and Government and Graduate work in Public Administration. Chris has additional experience is in finance, banking, air freight delivery services, construction, technology, and management. She has had the pleasure of traveling and working in different States as well as working internationally.
Tessah Latson currently
serves in the capacity of Director of the Barelas Economic Opportunity Center
(BEOC) of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce (AHCC). Overseeing education and workforce development programs, Tessah manages all program development and
partnership cultivation of the BEOC. She has over 15 years of experience in
strategic funding, organizational/program development, community outreach and
cross-sector coalition-building. . She holds a BA from University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a MA
in Intercultural Relations, Community Development Emphasis from Lesley
University and was
honored in 2009 with Business First’s 40 Under Forty award.. Tessah is new to the GAHP BOD, but has claimed
New Mexico home since 2002.
Ms. Heidi Pitts - Member
Heidi Pitts has worked in the utility industry for almost seven years, both for an electric utility and as a regulator. Currently she works as a senior pricing analyst at Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). She has a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Kansas (so is obviously a huge basketball fan) and moved to Albuquerque in 2006 to earn her M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of New Mexico. She loved New Mexico and never left. Heidi joined the GAHP Board in July 2020.
