Pre-leasing for Sterling Downtown will begin in March 2018
Sterling Downtown will be the new construction of 107 rental units of multifamily rental affordable workforce housing located at the intersection of Silver Avenue and Eighth Street in Downtown Albuquerque. The Sterling Downtown was financed with Private Activity Volume Cap Tax Exempt Bonds issued by Bernalillo County and with Low Income Housing Tax Credits. This property is one-hundred percent restricted for affordable tenants. Five percent of the total units will be reserved for households with special needs and five percent of the total units in the project will be rent/increase restricted to tenants at or below thirty percent of area median income.
