HOW YOU CAN HELP

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Greater Albuquerque Housing Partnership (GAHP) seeks donations and contributions of both money and developable property within the City of Albuquerque to help it carry out its mission to improve the quality of life and economic well being of Albuquerque's Neighborhoods through the development of quality affordable housing opportunities.

Funds received from contributions to the GAHP will be used to assist the GAHP in providing first time low-income, home buyer families:

Subsidies to reduce the dollar amount of first mortgages; and,

Bilingual Home Ownership Counseling and Education Classes; and

New affordable home ownership in Albuquerque's older neighborhoods.

Any and all contributions will be greatly appreciated and contributors are encouraged to specify how they wish to see their donations used. Thank you so much for visiting our web site.

The Greater Albuquerque Housing Partnership (GAHP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation helping families own their own homes. The GAHP's work covers all aspects of housing, from developing high quality affordable homes to providing home ownership counseling, and financial assistance to qualified first time home buyers in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
