Casa Feliz, an 85-unit scattered site LIHTC development project, is the next phase of a larger neighborhood revitalization effort in the Trumbull neighborhood.  There will be eleven buildings on nine separate lots.  This multi-family rental apartment complex will be 100% affordable for all residents.  Homes will face the street with private front porches.  All units either face Espanola Street or San Pablo Street.  Resident off-street parking is secured by personally controlled private gates.  There will be washers and dryers in every unit.   Applications are now being taken.

 Cuatro is located at 1319 4th Street NW. Plaza Ciudana is a 68-unit, multi-family rental development at Broadway Boulevard and Indian School Road, north of downtown Albuquerque.  This development is committed to providing affordable housing and stabilization services for individuals and families, including those with special needs.  Twenty five percent (25%) of all units will be reserved for families with children, and five percent (5%) will be reserved for special needs households.

Plaza Feliz, located in Albuquerque’s International District, is a 66-unit Multi-Family development with two (2) and three (3) bedroom apartment units, a four thousand (4,000) square foot Day Care Center, and a fifteen hundred (1,500) square foot leasing office.  The development was funded by the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and PNC Real Estate Investments.

 

From the conception of Plaza Feliz, the GAHP has worked with a team from Integrated Design & Architecture, and experienced LEED for Homes professionals to incorporate green features into every home. As a result, this development has attained a LEED Platinum rating.
