Our Goal

The Greater Albuquerque Housing Partnership is dedicated to the revitalization of Albuquerque's urban neighborhoods through developing quality affordable and market-rate housing opportunities, and providing a full range of programs and services that encourage and support individuals and families

Featured Developments

Plaza Ciudana

Currently under construction, this 68 unit, multi-family complex will reserve twenty-five percent (25%) of its units for families with children, and five percent (5%) for special needs households.

Railyard Homes in Barelas

These homes are located in the Historic Barelas Neighborhood across from the old Santa Fe Railyard. These homes are convenient to Downtown, the National Hispanic Cultural Center and 4th Street, a designated Historic Main Street Area.

Plaza Feliz

This recently completed LEED Platinum multi-family development located in Albuquerque's International District includes two and three bedroom apartments, and a four thousand (4,000) square foot daycare center.

Cuatro is located at 1319 4th Street NW. This project is less than 2 miles from the North Valley Senior Center.  It is also within walking distance to the Wells Park Community Center. CUATRO is designed for seniors and tenants with special needs.
